Rule 172
Preliminary Inquiry into Question of Privilege

(1) The Privileges Committee will conduct a preliminary investigation regarding the question of violation of privilege. (2) During the preliminary investigation, the Privileges Committee may interrogate the relevant persons and file written evidence. The preliminary report of the same matter will be submitted to the meeting and if it is not appropriate to give permission to raise the question of violation of privilege, the information with the reason should be given to the chairman and the relevant members.
